Take-Two Interactive Software loses plea in court

A U.S. federal judge refused to admit a request from gamemaker Take-Two Interactive Software to dismiss some claims in a lawsuit, which alleged that it sold the controversial Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas video game containing the sexually explicit images under the wrong content label.
