OSI Restaurant Partners gets reprieve on verdict

The Indiana Supreme Court has overturned a decision against Outback Steakhouse Inc., now known as OSI Restaurant Partners Inc. The case involved an intoxicated customer of a Muncie, Ind., Outback restaurant.
