World Bank sees solid growth in East Asia in 2006

The World Bank predicts the economy in East Asia will grow by over 7 percent this year, the second strongest pace in the last five years, spurred by a substantial decline in poverty, Milan Brahmbhatt, an update author of the World Bank, said on Tuesday.
