GUILTY PLEAS ENTERED -- One man out of four accused of kidnapping and assaulting a 21-year-old man took a plea deal and will not go to trial. James Cohen, 23, entered a guilty plea to kidnapping and robbery, both amended charges per the plea deal Cohen agreed to Monday morning, and will be sentenced in December, according to court documents.
