Freedom managing director stands down

Rod Walker - the man who guided Freedom Group Ltd through its delisting - has stepped down as managing director of the furniture retailer.Mr Walker, who served as managing director for five-and-a-half years, has also sold his equity interest in Freedom to household products supplier Steinhoff International.
