Baghdad Suicide Bombing Kills 88

At least 88 people were killed in Baghdad and 227 wounded in a suicide car bombing, in the deadliest of a series of attacks in the Iraqi capital. Lawmakers agreed on last-minute revisions to the draft constitution. (Complete coverage)
