Flipping through some 10-Qs ... NYTCO: No terms were disclosed at the time of the Sept. 14 acquisition but in the 10-Q the New York Times Co. says it spent $0.9 million to acquire weight-loss site Calorie-Count.com for About.com. DJ: An interesting note ... “Dow Jones Online has cut back on third-party traffic acquisition “because those users often are not as highly engaged or as demographically desirable to our advertisers.”
