Wild look to Gaborik to lead team

When Minnesota Wild winger Marian Gaborik came to the NHL five years ago, he was concerned with one thing. "When he first got in here, he was at the red line, and he stayed there, even when we were in our end," coach Jacques Lemaire joked. "I said, 'You've gotta get back there."' Gaborik's singular focus on creating offense was fine back then, when he was an 18-year-old rookie in the Wild's inaugural season of 2000.
