12 year sentence for ex-chief of CA

Sanjay Kumar, former chief of Computer Associates Inc, has been sentenced to 12 years in prison along with a fine of $8 million. He has been found guilty of masterminding an accounting fraud to the tune of $2.2 billion when he held office at the Company.
