Ohio EPA sued over shutdown of E-Check sites

A real estate partnership is suing the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency over the shutdown of the E-Check auto emissions testing program in Cincinnati last year, claiming the decision cost the business about $4 million in lost revenue.
