Country fest could cause traffic woes

Drivers traveling into downtown Leesburg should expect congestion and traffic delays due to street and parking-lot closures starting Thursday. City officials are preparing for the second annual Leesburg Country Music Fest on Friday and Saturday. Patrons of the library and City Hall are asked to use the Meadow Street entrances.
