(Reuters) - Heavily armed Sudanese rebels watch as Africa Union armoured vehicles deploy in Sudans Darfur region town of el-Fasher, November 18, 2005. The State Department is pressing Congress to allocate an additional $50 million for peacekeepers in the troubled Darfur region in Sudan where the U.S. budget to pay for African Union troops is running out.
