Filed under: Print, Op-ed Not a bad attempt by the National Blood Centre to show the importance of donating blood, though from a distance the ad does look like something for Bloody Cheerios, which I suppose would be how a particularly angry Brit would demand a bowl of Cheerios. Right. So anyway, the red blood cells in the image loko like tiny little life savers (the things yout throw to people who are drowning, not the delicious candies). Actually, I haven't had a Lifesaver in ages, and suddenly I've got a real craving for them. I guess this ad reminded me to give blood and also made me want a Lifesaver.
