TV News: Cabler pacts with Cingular for hit skeins -- HBO has inked an exclusive deal with Cingular Wireless to create premium channels HBO Mobile and HBO Family Mobile for the service. The channels will allow Cingular phone users to select four-minute excerpts designed to be easily viewed on a cell-phone screen.
