U.S., SKorea, Japan nuclear envoys to coordinate strategy on North Korea nuclear program

HANOI, Vietnam, 3:12 p.m. Nov. 14 (AP): Nuclear envoys from the United States, South Korea and Japan will meet Wednesday to seek a common strategy ahead of the resumption of long-stalled nuclear disarmament talks with North Korea, officials said.
