British defence ministry seeks delay in KBR IPO

HOUSTON (Reuters) - Britain's Ministry of Defence (MoD) has asked Halliburton Co.'s KBR unit to delay its planned initial public offering this week or face losing its contract to operate Western Europe's largest naval port, KBR said on Tuesday.
