Olmert lays out terms for dealings with Hamas

Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said Monday that he was prepared to talk to a Palestinian unity cabinet, including Hamas, provided the Islamists bowed to the demands of the "Quartet." Following talks with President George W. Bush in Washington, he also said his government was willing to negotiate with Syria, and said Israel and the United States.
