New Jersey prosecutors reached a plea agreement on Wednesday with two former Seton Hall University students in connection with a dormitory fire at the institution that killed three people. The former students admitted to setting alight a paper banner draped across a couch in a dormitory lounge in January 2000. (for subscribers)
