NEWARK, DE (MARKET WIRE) O2Diesel Corporation (AMEX: OTD) today announced that on September 20, 2005, it entered into a Common Stock and Warrant Purchase Agreement (the "Agreement") with an European investor for 3,228,070 shares of its common stock at a purchase price of $0.7125 per share in a private placement, for total proceeds of $2,300,000. As a condition to the Agreement, the investor was required to fund the purchase
