More than 320,000 without power in S.C. following ice storm

GREENVILLE, S.C. - Nearly 325,000 customers remained without power Friday following a brief but intense storm that coated the Upstate in a layer of ice Thursday.The temperature rose, topping out around 50 degrees, and utility crews were hard at work, but the damage to power lines was extensive and electricity was hard to come by in many neighborhoods.
