Xaar says rejects Danaher bid approach

LONDON (Reuters) - Printing equipment maker Xaar Plc said on Tuesday it had rejected an unsolicited approach from U.S. industrial conglomerate Danaher pitched at 200 to 220 pence per share in cash.
