Local 8 Year-Old Girl Tackles Adult-Sized Illness

Shelbie Fox is 8 years old and attends Harvest Elementary School in Saratoga Springs, Utah. She loves cheerleading, singing and making bracelets. However, unlike other girls her age, Shelbie cannot go outside without a walker or a wheelchair. She cannot handle loud noise, sudden stops or even a bump to the head. Shelbie was told in July of this year that she has a tumor on her brain stem.
