Teacher Arrested for Theft, Fraud

On Tuesday morning, Indiana State Police arrested Lisa Stuteville, 35, a teacher at Rockport Elementary, for fraud and theft. On August 28, Indiana State Police Detective Rob Priest launched a criminal investigation after school officials at South Spencer County School Corporation suspected Stuteville of allegedly stealing money from school funds.
