(AFP) - Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo addresses a plenary session of the World Summit on the Internet Society (WSIS) at the Kram Palexo in Tunis. United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan called today for the Internet and information technology to be used to help build a better life for people in some of the world's poorest countries.(AFP/Abdelhak Senna)
