County awaits report before deciding on reservoir

After two years of deliberation, Oconee County officials soon should decide where they'll get 12 million more gallons of water a day that the county will need by 2040 and whether the county will partner with Walton County and the city of Winder to build the 1,370-acre Hard Labor Creek Reservoir.
