VW brand chief considers resigning: report

FRANKFURT (Reuters) - Volkswagen's VW brand chief and reform driver, Wolfgang Bernhard, is seriously considering stepping down after the car maker appointed Martin Winterkorn as future chief executive, a newspaper said on Tuesday.
