Brown brings in amendments to inheritance tax provision

Britain's chancellor of the exchequer Gordon Brown has scaled down on the government's stand on the inheritance tax and trusts. The government has brought in amendments to the finance bill provisions involving inheritance tax and trusts in order to address fears expressed by tax experts that some of the new taxes proposed in the March budget would affect millions of people.
