SAN CLEMENTE, CA (MARKET WIRE) Cove Apparel, Inc. (OTC BB: CVAP) announced today that on August 25, 2005 it signed an Agreement and Plan of Merger (the "Merger Agreement") with Euroseas Acquisition Company Inc., a Delaware corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of Euroseas Ltd., a Marshall Islands corporation.
