Clear Channel to go private, sell 448 stations

Clear Channel Communications Inc., the owner of six Milwaukee-area radio stations, has agreed to a $26.7 billion buyout offer from a group led by private equity firms Thomas H. Lee Partners LP and Bain Capital Partners L.L.C.
