Football: An Unexpected Reaction

On Monday, CSTV.com posted a column that I had been working on for many months concerning the 25th anniversary of an historic hiring in college football. In 1981, Delaware State College made the heroic decision to hire a young, brash, white football coach to lead the woeful team at the black college in Dover, Delaware.
