Nov. 16 (UNION-TRIBUNE): J. William Naish is the first to point out that he doesn't exactly fit the profile of a tree hugger. He owns a big pickup and is not a stickler about recycling household trash. But as head of utility and energy management for the San Diego Unified School District, Naish has built a green record that has made city schools a conservation leader.
