The Angolan ambassador to the Arab Republic of Egypt, Hendrick Vaal Neto, Saturday in Cairo, received the special envoy of Egyptian president, Housni Moubarak, Kamal C. Omar, from whom he got congratulation for the 31st anniversary of National Independence being celebrated Saturday (today).
