De directie van de Nederlandse stichting die de aandelen van Arcelor-Mittal-dochter Dofasco in handen heeft, wil de stichting niet ontbinden. Dit heeft Arcelor-Mittal maandag bekendgemaakt. De toezichtsorganen van zowel Arcelor als Mittal hebben verzocht
