Ghana: La Chief People Take A-G to Court

THE CHIEF of La Traditional Area in Accra has sued the Attorney General of the country that all that piece of land popularly called La " Wireless Station" measuring approximately 92.490 acres and more particularly described on a cadastral plan numbered Z.2399D, attached to a Certificate of Title dated August 9, 1957 and registered as number 2488/1957 on which it is shown edged pink, is the property of La of which he is the lawful Head.
