Driver dies in crash into parked semi in I-5 rest stop

ENCINITAS, 7:21 a.m. Nov. 14 (UNION-TRIBUNE): A 25-year-old Fullerton man was killed early Tuesday morning when he crashed his speeding car into a semi-truck parked at the Manchester viewpoint off Interstate 5, officials said.
