Google Not Planning Gtunes Music Store

Apple can breathe a sigh of relief, Google has quashed rumors that they may be getting ready to launch an iTunes rival, that has been dubbed "Gtunes". "We are not going to be selling music," Chris Sacca, head of business development for Google, said in an August 3 address to music merchants and distributors during the [annual NARM (National Association of Recording Merchandisers) conference] So does this mean they'll be giving it away for free instead? ;-)
