Manning woman arrested on attempted kidnapping charges to face judge

Manning police have arrested a 25-year-old woman for trying to kidnap a newborn from a hospital, and officers say she's confessed to the crime. Investigators have identified the woman as Carolyn Mouzan, and say that she was trying to steal a baby from Clarendon Memorial Hospital.
