Sun City doctor indicted on sex violations

A Sun City physician has been indicted on charges accusing him of sexual misconduct with a female patient, authorities said Tuesday. Dr. Harshad S. Patel, 45, was arrested Thursday then later released on $100,000 bail to await trial.
