Almost 200 lights. 168 jets. 26 water pumps. 20,000 square feet. It's all part of ''WaterDance'' - a $5 million visual centerpiece in the Westgate City Center's Events Plaza. The Bellagio-style fountain, which can shoot streams of water 40 feet in the air, will make its debut Friday along with shops, restaurants and AMC cineplex at Westgate.
