QPI, Lebanon petrol plans

Qatar Petroleum International has announced that it hopes to set up a petroleum refinery in Lebanon over the next 25 years on a build, operate and transfer basis. The refinery would be able to process either light, medium or heavy crude with a capacity of up to 200,000 bpd. The project would cost in the region of $1bn. [AMEInfo.com]
