Gas-Guzzlers Face ?25 London Charge

Gas-guzzling cars could be charged £25 a day to enter central London's congestion zone under new plans unveiled by Mayor Ken Livingstone. And "green" cars which give off little carbon dioxide may get to drive through the capital for free, instead of paying the current £8 charge.
