Circuit Judge Race Won't Have Recount

The statewide Elections Canvassing Commission decided Monday not to order a recount in the circuit judge election that Ernest Jones won by a slim margin over David Carmichael. "The commission met this morning and did not order a recount in that judicial race," said Sterling Ivey, spokesman for the Florida Division of Elections.
