Transnational Financial Receives Notice of Extension to Regain Compliance With AMEX Listing Standards

San Francisco - SAN FRANCISCO -- On November 7, 2006, Transnational Financial Network, Inc. (AMEX:TFN) received notice from the American Stock Exchange that its listing on the exchange would be continued pursuant to an extension during which time the Company will have time to regain compliance. On July 31, 2006, the exchange notified the Company that the Company was not in compliance with Section 1003(a)(i) of the exchanges Company Guide because the Companys equity was less than $2,000,000 and losses from continuing operations and/or net losses in two out of three years.
