Smoke-Out good time to end a bad habit

Only 18-19 percent of adult Arizonans still smoke, but quitting may be in their future. Nov. 16, nine days after Arizona voters passed a proposition for smoke-free workplaces, marks the 30th Great American Smoke-Out, a day to encourage those who want to quit.
