She starts each morning at 6 a.m. with a prayer. Jessica Pole cherishes that calm, solitary time in the dining room of the Bronx home she has shared with her husband, Charles, for 17 years. At 52, an age when many women are starting to focus on retirement, Pole is the proud, nervous CEO of her own company, Focus Career Group. She opened the office-skills training school on Seventh Ave. in April.
