Grants alone will not solve Lebanon's debt crisis

The next six months in Lebanon are full with expectations by the donor community of Lebanon as well as by Lebanon of the donor community. It is critical that these expectations remain realistic and grounded in facts to avert the frustrations of unfulfilled expectations and their consequences. There is a unique opportunity to put Lebanon back on the road to social and economic recovery.
