PM-Gen give & take: troop cut if terror ends

Hours before Prime Minister Manmohan Singh meets Pakistan's President Pervez Musharraf over dinner tonight, the contours of a potential deal, which commits Islamabad to end cross-border terrorism and India to troop reduction in Jammu and Kashmir, have begun to emerge.
