30 injured in militant attacks in Jammu and Kashmir

Srinagar, Nov 14: As India and Pakistan resumed Foreign Secretary-level talks, militants opposed to bilateral dialogue today detonated a car bomb and an IED in Jammu and Kashmir injuring 30 people including an army major and 11 security personnel.
