'Tsotsi,' 'Look Both Ways' win Toronto film awards

TORONTO (Reuters) - "Tsotsi" and "Look Both Ways" won the top awards at the Toronto International Film Festival on Saturday, while David Burke's "Edison" got set to close out the 30th edition of the event often seen as the kickoff to Oscar season.
