ALLEGATIONS of corruption have surfaced at the Agricultural Rural Development Authority (ARDA) amid reports that its property, worth billions, had been attached after the misappropriation of 195 cattle belonging to Roy Bennett, the former Chimanimani Member of the House of Assembly.
